The Process

Proposal

After we receive a request for proposal, we inspect the property and present a bid within 5 business days.

Permitting

Once a bid is accepted, we coordinate any utilities activations and/or permit submissions within the first week to start construction work immediately.

Progress

As we work toward completion of all requested repairs and renovations within our agreed-upon timeline, we provide weekly progress updates and proactively communicate on any developments that could necessitate additional time and/or resources.

Proud Finish

The final step is a Certificate of Occupancy inspection and a final client walk through. If you’re 100% satisfied, we will proudly hand over the keys!
