To achieve an open format, we removed the front living room wall and the front and back walls of the kitchen. Since the load-bearing walls were removed, our architects and engineers redesigned and restructured the home to carry the correct loads. Kando Group also redesigned the bathroom and laundry room to create a master en-suite bath and a separate laundry area. Our team worked closely with the local natural gas provider to run new gas lines to the home, further raising the value of the home.
