Reform a dilapidated property in a high end neighborhood with significant city code violations and pending fines.

The Challenge

This property had extensive exterior and structural issues that had not only threatened the structural integrity of the home but also caused significant damage to the interior. When the client contacted us, they had already amassed 17 violations totaling over $75k in fines from the city.
