The Challenge

As winter was quickly approaching, an accelerated timeline compounded the challenge to winterize over 2,000 vacant properties located throughout Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina from the punishing cold which can cause severe property damage and costly plumbing issues.

Our team quickly developed a strategic system to manage our client’s request. Kando Group mobilized all available vendors in the surrounding areas and brought in additional crews from other markets to meet the volume and urgency of the task at hand.
